Turn yourself in!

There is a website, called The police Notebook from University of Oklahoma police department that asks criminal to turn themselves in, in order to save taxes.


This site actually asks criminals to perform a citizen's self arrest by filling in a form posted in it.
In that form, the law offender provides the police with their personal data, the alias, identifying scars and he includes the plea, having the opportunity to aduce his motives. 


If you are a criminal, at least return something to honorable citizens that shouldn't spend money on police resourses to solve your crime.
